VTS Intralogistics processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide it to us yourself. Below is an overview of the personal data we process:

Special and/or sensitive personal data we process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16, unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore encourage parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. If you believe that we have collected personal information about a minor without that consent, please contact us at ivovanhal@vts-intralogistics.com and we will delete this information.
VTS Intralogistics processes your personal data for the following purposes:

VTS Intralogistics only uses technical and functional cookies, and analytical cookies that do not infringe on your privacy. The cookies we use are necessary for the technical operation of the website and for your ease of use. They ensure that the website works properly and remember, for example, your preferred settings. They also allow us to optimise our website. You can opt out of cookies by setting your internet browser so that it no longer stores cookies. In addition, you can delete all information previously stored via your browser settings.
Viewing, correcting or deleting your data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw any consent you have given for data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by VTS Intralogistics, and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or to another organisation you name. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion or transfer of your personal data, or a request to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data, to ivovanhal@vts-intralogistics.com.
To make sure that the request for access was made by you, we ask you to enclose a copy of your proof of identity with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizen service number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, and in any case within four weeks. VTS Intralogistics would also like to point out that you have the option to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). VTS Intralogistics takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification.
